Order & Shipping Service

• Order Cancellation Restrictions

Order cancellation is not supported after 4 hours you placed order. 

Once you placed order, you can cancel your order within 4 hours by sending email to us. Meanwhile we will check the products availability on secondhand market and contact you if out of stock. We will send order confirmation email to you after 4 hours you placed order, then you can’t cancel your order until receiving your products.

 

• Shipping Fees

Flat shipping to Asia Countries $5, to the rest Countries $6.

We can deliver package weight under 20KG to countries or regions if no changing conditions. For international express, the buyer is obligated to bear Customs Duties. International shipping is supported by EMS and Yanwen(to US and EU).

• Shipping Date

Products will usually be shipped from China.

Confirmed orders usually will be processed to ship out within 5 business days. You’ll receive the shipping tracking number by email when your order is ready to ship.

International Shipment: estimated 14-30 business days to take, based on your country and Customs.

• Late Delivery

Possible reasons for late delivery include an incorrect address shared with us, Abnormal Weather, Flight Delays, any emergency of shipment place&delivery destination, and other force majeure factors, or any other circumstances that can not be fully controlled by the Seller.

1. Should I pay for the tax fees?

The buyer shall pay taxes according to various local tax policies. Note: the products are all second-hand.

2. Whether the buyer will bear the duty

Our shipping warehouse is currently located in China. If your shipping address is outside of China, you will be responsible for paying customs duties. Note: the products are all second-hand.

 

After-sale service & Refunds

You can apply for after-sale service within 7 days after receiving your products if they arrive damaged. Please mail to clearboxtoys@gmail.com with the whole video of unpacking package and products process (start from showing full express bill).

If 7 days have passed since you received the products, we can’t offer you any refund.

 

Refunds are supported only in the following situations:

Refunds are not supported in the following situations:

 

1.Open Blind box products are second-hand limited by existing technology and handmade participation in craft production. Minor defect such as uneven coloring, slight scratches, paint drops or bubbles are normal.

2. We do not offer any refund because of a change of mind on your purchase. Buyers MUST carefully choose which products they wish to purchase.

3. Shipping fee is not refundable in any case. 

4. Package successfully arrived to your country but delivery is failed.
